Duties Including:

Supporting the department manager with identifying departmental training requirements
Processing and filing personnel related documentation for employees
Ensuring traceability paperwork is completed correctly and to a high standard
Has previous experience in an administrative position within a busy organisation
Can deal with people at all levels of the organisation
Is a selfstarter and uses own initiative
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience working to tight deadlines
Able to manage own workload
Proficient in use of MS Office
Well organised
