Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team.

As a Swim Instructor, you will have the opportunity to teach and inspire individuals of all ages and skill levels in the art of swimming.

If you have a passion for sports coaching and enjoy educating others, this is the perfect role for you.

Duties:

Conduct swim lessons for small groups, focusing on safety, technique, and skill development based on the ASA National teaching plan for teaching swimming.
Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help swimmers improve their abilities
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment by enforcing pool rules and maintaining proper safety protocols
Communicate with parents or guardians to provide progress updates via portal software

Skills:

Knowledge of various swimming strokes and techniques
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain and demonstrate swimming techniques
Patience and the ability to work with individuals of different ages and skill levels
NPLQ / NRASTC would be a plus

Contracted hours Include, Saturday / , Sunday

Full uniform will be provided
