An established company in Milton Keynes are seeking an experienced Administrator for a 3- 4 months temporary contract.

Hours of work Mon - Fri 08.30am until 4.30pm

Location Milton Keynes

Hourly pay rate £12.50


Role
This is a varied role.

You will be working within a small friendly team offering administrative support from filing/scanning, answering telephone calls, making outbound calls to customers to gain information and updating their Integrated management system,assisting with invoices/payments, delivery notes and other duties.


Experience/skills required


Good IT skills to include micro soft word and excel, be able to create spreadsheets, have strong attention to detail, an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.

Someone who is hands on, flexible and be able to use their own initiative.
