    Description

    Agency Registered Mental Health Nurse Position

    We are seeking skilled Agency Registered Mental Health Nurses to work in various mental health units across Birmingham.

    Job Requirements:

    The ideal candidate will be able to work a mix of shift patterns based on their availability, including long days, nights, lates, and earlies. We offer ongoing and ad-hoc shifts across various mental health settings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality patient care.
    • Provide physical and emotional support to patients with varying levels of complexity.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and education.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Active NMC registration.
    • PMVA/MAPA training with a minimum of 30 hours initial coursework.
    • Immediate Life Support Training.
    • Availability to cover ASAP day shifts.
