Who we're looking for?:
We're looking for a hybrid Senior Motion Designer / Editor to be an integral part of our motion team.
This position will help develop motion design across multiple different clients across the business for branding, broadcast, brand films, digital & social.
This someone needs to have a mix of technical, creative & craft skillsets.We're really keen for someone to bring creative input to the team as well as their animation and editing output.
Main Responsibilities:
You will partner closely with our Creative teams to expand and build upon creative concepts and ideas, delivering the best possible creative solution in motion.
You must be a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills who is highly organised with ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
Motion design and videography are fast-moving industries, so you will need the ability to keep up-to-date with the latest software updates, industry practices & design trends.
You will need to maintain a positive and solution focused attitude.We consider ourselves as revolutionary creative problem solvers and this needs to be brought to the forefront of everything we do.
This role will be predominantly 2D motion design based, however there will be projects that involve editing too.Your experience:
- Expert Adobe Creative Suite experience
- Illustrator, After-Effects, and Premiere Pro are essential
- Superb art direction, animation and motion design experience
- Conceptual thinking and able to bring ideas to the creative process
- Proven track record of being able to deliver and identify superb animation and motion design
- Reliable, with excellent time keeping and the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong design and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role
Your skills:
Being open to direction and able to embrace change. Strong illustration skills and the ability to storyboard. A passion for motion graphics and film and an understanding of sound design.
