We are looking to recruit a talented Partner into our national employment team operating out of our Leeds office.

Ideally, we're looking for someone who has strong connections within the Leeds market and has a following to bring with them.

The Team

  • Works with a wide range of clients throughout the UK with many clients having strong international connections
  • Committed to continuous improvement whilst taking a clientfocused approach to business
  • Supportive and ambitious national team that work collaboratively to achieve shared goals
  • Experience in dealing with HR advisory, tribunal, employment documentation drafting, employee relations and transaction/outsourcing work
  • Track record of developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Willing to invest in more junior members of the team to help them progress and develop their skillsets
