    About Our Client

    Our client is a leading housing association managing thousands of homes dedicated to providing affordable housing and high-quality maintenance services prioritising customer satisfaction value for money and professional development within a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

    Job Description:

    • Validate contractor cost claims to ensure accuracy and value for money.
    • Prepare financial reports including weekly and monthly expenditure tracking.
    • Manage material costs and participate in financial audits.
    • Monitor and control work-in-progress and debt management accruals.
    • Evaluate repairs and maintenance services against contractual agreements.
    • Analyse data to identify trends and improve service efficiency.

    The Successful Applicant:

    A detail-oriented professional with experience in repairs and maintenance skilled in cost control and financial reporting possessing strong analytical abilities proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively.

    Ideal candidates possess knowledge of Schedule of Rates codes and experience in social housing or contracting environments are proactive customer-focused and committed to ensuring high-quality cost-effective repair services.
