More about your role

As Maintenance Technician you with be responsible for planned maintenance delivery, reactive attendance, and all other required duties across the portfolio.

The site requires a high-quality facilities management service, delivered in a customer focused manner, with the least inconvenience to the occupants.

In order to achieve this, you will be required to work as a part of Derwent FM's team in a flexible mannerto facilitate the smooth running of the site.

The required hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm which is 40 hours per week.
You will be responsible for maintenance tasks across the three sites at Essex. We expect a flexible approach to deliver best value, which may involve at times working on other sites. You will be added to the maintenance Standby/callout rota, to which youwill be paid a standby rate.

More about you

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in working in building maintenance/facilities management and experience of PPM and supporting building maintenance.

You will have strong knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines.

Ideally holding a relevant City & Guilds qualification with basic knowledge of electrics, joinery and building fabric repairs.

Full UK Driving Licence is required for this role
