The Role:
Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant at Hilltree Court, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being of our residents.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, providing companionship, and ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities
Personal care showering, dressing, continence care, administering medication, mealtime supports,
Support individuals living with dementia, Parkinson's, mobility issues, hearing impairments, sight impairments,
Waitressing within restaurant
Domestic duties within apartments and communal
Laundry service washing drying ironing and returning.
Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all residents
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet residents' individual needs
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and empathy

Requirements:

Previous experience in a care or support role is advantageous
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for providing highquality care to the elderly
Ability to work effectively within a team and on an individual basis
