**Commercial Manager
Cheltenham - onsite parking available
Full Time, Permanent
£35,000 basic, plus OTE of £45,000 minimum**Due to significant growth, my client is looking to appoint a driven and motivated individual to run up their sales team You will need to be a self-motivated and experienced leader with a real appetite for success. This is a really exciting opportunity tojoin a growing company and to bring the aspiring team of sales individuals up through the ranks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the sales team and delivering the highest standard of business
  • Driving business growth, attracting new customers and growing profitable customers
  • Making sales projections and budgets to forecasting revenue
  • Measure performance of activities using tracking methods and analyse metric and KPIS
  • Responsible for excellence in sales operations, CRM, data and forecasting
  • Understand and interpret data to present sales management information
  • Ability to understand basic accounts
  • Drive the share and profitability of national accounts and help secure new business
  • Ablet to work towards KPIs whilst improving the teams KPIS
  • Onboarding and recruitment for your team
  • Create action plans for underperformers and progression plans
  • Develop a successful sales team through effective coaching and performance management
  • 2 years' experience in leadership, ideally within B2B sales or contact centre environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to adapt to a busy environment and prioritise busy workload
  • Enthusiastic, selfmotivated and natural leader
  • Passion for customer service and client focused
  • Proven track record of developing a successful team
  • IT literature
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Confident communicator
