As a graduate trainee, your responsibilities include shadowing various staff members from learning (sales, marketing, hr/pr & managemenet), participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops, and traveling to other working environments to gain practical experience.
To be successful as a graduate trainee, you should be willing to learn about aspects of the company that lie outside of your department.
Responsibilities:
Immerse yourself in our comprehensive training programme designed to develop your leadership skills and business acumen.
- Learn the ropes of our organisation through handson learning opportunities in various departments, allowing you to gain a holistic understanding of our operations.
- Collaborate with experienced managers and mentors who will provide guidance, support, and valuable insights throughout your training journey.
- Participate in team projects and contribute fresh ideas, helping drive innovation and continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Develop your interpersonal and communication skills as you interact with diverse teams, clients, and customers.
- Gain exposure to key management areas such as strategic planning, project management, sales, customer acquisition, team leadership, and decisionmaking.
- Embrace challenges and adapt quickly to changing priorities, demonstrating resilience and a growth mindset.
- Actively seek feedback, reflect on your progress, and continuously strive for personal and professional development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field OR
- Strong passion for leadership and a desire to learn and grow within a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Exceptional problemsolving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Previous leadership experience or involvement in extracurricular activities is a plus.

£27,550.93-£30,079.67 per year
