Nynas have a vacancy for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our sales team as a member of our Customer Service Centre (CSC), based at Eastham.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Bitumen Sales team working closely with our customers throughout the UK.

Working as part of a small team, duties will include:

  • Managing the order process including receiving and processing of sales orders, invoice raising and credit control
  • Engaging with customers to strengthen relationships
  • Liaison with customers and hauliers on order/delivery status along with management of any issues
  • Collation, analysis and presentation of management data as required


As an individual you will be able to build relationships both externally with customers and internally with the sales team and other departments, demonstrate an ability to think ahead and make decisions based on available data, whilst working within a busy order capture environment.
