JOB TITLE
Hartbeeps Session Leader 'Imaginator'


KEY OBJECTIVES
To lead and facilitate Hartbeeps classes, sessions and parties, providing Hartbeeps families with multi-sensory music sessions.


MAIN DUTIES

• To take responsibility for learning bespoke session scripts and the songs and activities associated with the scripts (with training support).
• To take responsibility for gaining a fuller understanding of early years baby and child development (training provided).
• To deliver our specialist musical development classes and BIG fun parties.
• To store a number of bags/boxes of props/equipment to use during classes and parties.

SKILL AND ATTRIBUTES

• A genuine love of working with babies and children.
• A fun, outgoing and upbeat personality.
• A confident singing voice (we are not looking for professional singers, but you need to be confident in this remit).
• Reliability, dedication and commitment.
• Good organisation skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and improvise when necessary.
• A large car and full driving license.
• Space to store mats, props and audio equipment in your vehicle. Kit will need to be transported from venue to venue.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
Previous experience working with children in the early years setting is a must.


PREFFERED EXPERIENCE
Experience is Early Years Education.

Experience in planning or facilitating play based learning activities for young children.

Communicating and forming relationships with parents and carers.

Experience in performance. Singing or acting.

Knowledge of basic BSL signing. This is ideal but not essential.

Any SEN experience.

Baby Massage experience. This is ideal but not essential.

Locations
Hartbeeps is a global company, franchised out to 150 small business across the country.

We currently run 24 classes across Bath, Bristol and West Wiltshire, as well as children's parties and baby raves.

We are looking for imaginators to work a minimum of three days a week (Monday Tuesday and Wednesday) in areas across Bath and Bristol.

We will be inviting you to see classes in April concluding with an informal interview. Your training process will begin from June, and run for six weeks before running classes solo.
