A modern Estate Agent who hold on to their traditional values and provide an excellent customer service to all.We are looking for a friendly and welcoming receptionist & administrator to join our team where your responsibilities will involve but not limited to:
- Acting as a first point of contact for the our valued customers
- Greet walkin customers, answering incoming telephone calls, dealing with general enquiries, and transferring callers when necessary
- Be able to pick up client relationships, ensure the smooth running of the branch, assisting and liaising with the relevant parties
- General administration, preparing documents, filing, scanning documents, photocopying.
- Incoming and Outgoing Mail
- A varied and interesting receptionist and administrator role where no two days are the same
- An independent and established Estate Agent with a strong market presence
- A small and closeknit team

Essential Skills Required:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Fluent in English ( write/ read and speak)
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to work on own initiative and work collaboratively to achieve team goal
- Sensitive approach and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Dedicated to providing a high standard of customer service in line with the company ethos
- Estate agency experience preferred/ Minimum customer service required in any field

Salary:
Up to £23,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
