We are currently looking for an Information Co-ordinator to join our Innovation Team who deliver the Innovate UK EDGE contract for the South West of England.

We're working with our network of partners across the UK to deliver a targeted multi-year, multi-million pound project to support the nation's most innovative and high growth potential businesses.


Funded by Innovate UK, the programme will provide expert bespoke support to those key businesses whose continued success will help speed the UK's economic recovery and deliver significant future growth.

The Role


As an Information Co-ordinator, you will support the Innovation Team by handling new client referrals from our National Gateway team and other regional stakeholders alongside in the development of business strategies for organisations across the South-West.


Reporting to the Information Team Manager, you will provide support to our clients alongside offering some wider data analytics to the department.


Additionally, you will:

  • Produce reports and analysis for key stakeholders
  • Log and coordinate project outputs and information on performance
  • Develop and implement effective analysis activity to improve operational processes; customer profiling and support intelligence strategies for new business acquisition

About You
To join us as an Information Co-ordinator, you will need:

  • A strong background in administration roles
  • Experience analysing data, especially from CRM activity
Previous experience in a similar varied role would be an advantage, but this is not essential.
