About Our Client:

My client is a well-established manufacturing business with sites across the UK.


The key responsibilities of the Swansea based Administrator are below:Good administrative experience, strong communication skills and an eye for detail are essential for this role.

Customer service experience and a good telephone manner are also required. Must have experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in using EAP systems is useful, although full training will be given.


The Successful Applicant:


The individual should be:


  • Extremely organised with great attention to detail
  • Very computer literate (we are a near paperless admin department)
  • Great communication skills and confidence with dealing with clients, supplier, customers and subcontractors
  • Good team player happy to assist with others within the admin department and willingness to extend help to all other individuals within the organisation
