The key responsibilities of the Swansea based Administrator are below:Good administrative experience, strong communication skills and an eye for detail are essential for this role.
The Successful Applicant:
The individual should be:
- Extremely organised with great attention to detail
- Very computer literate (we are a near paperless admin department)
- Great communication skills and confidence with dealing with clients, supplier, customers and subcontractors
- Good team player happy to assist with others within the admin department and willingness to extend help to all other individuals within the organisation
