The role
The role of Senior Service Advisor is very important to us.

You will be repsonsible for handling customer query escalations along with supporting the wider team to provide best in class service to our customer base.


This role is working for Gus Commercials, which is a recent acquisition of Radius Payment Solutions as part an exciting period of growth in our Vehicle Solutions offering.


We would love to welcome you to our Newtownabbey Office location where you will report into Collette Higgins, Account Manager on a day-to-day basis, supporting a wider team.


What would your day look like as a Senior Service Advisor?

  • To take bookings, ensuring efficient workshop loading whilst attending to Customers' requirements with a professional manner
  • To communicate well within departments
  • To be always pleasant and helpful to Customers and Colleagues
  • To ensure work is being done within realistic time frames, and updating the Customer throughout the process
  • To build positive relations with customers

What do we expect of you?

  • Possess a minimum of 4 years' experience working as a Service Advisor or coming from a Senior Service Advisor role in a similar sector.
  • Ability to support the wider team's development through coaching along with handling escalated queries from our Customer base.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, be wellpresented and have a professional telephone manner
  • Have a Full Driving Licence
