ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant - Remote (Must be UK based) - up to £85,000 per annum
My client are a prominent IT solutions provider, delivering Applications, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Infrastructure services globally.

They are currently looking to bring in a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant to build their UK offering so are looking for somebody who is both hands on with ServiceNow development as well as helping managing customers from a process perspective.

Experience:

Assess and enhance the efficiency of deployed business processes, gathering input from stakeholders and endusers.
Propose and execute improvements to s workflows and foster continuous advancements.
Identify automation opportunities within business processes using ServiceNow capabilities like workflows, approvals, and notifications. Streamline and enhance processes to boost productivity and effectiveness.
Cultivate and sustain strong rapport with clients, business users, and project teams.
Effectively communicate, manage expectations, and provide regular project progress and status updates.
Oversee other Service Management teams and how they will work with the solutions you're designing
