Job Summary

You will be a system analyst for all project related datasets, workflows, and submissions of the data for Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust, providing expert advice on the datasets affecting to end-users of LGT services and divisions.

The Transformation Analystwill be responsible for understanding and collating the assessment of new CDS 6.3 requirements, related changes in LGT iCare and related data flows and solutions that will enable Trust to comply with CDS requirements.

The role will require taking a pro-active approach to analysing the changes and facilitation to achieve the objectives of the CDS 6.3 implementation and other tasks allocated by managers.

This will include analysing, reporting, supporting, and executing activitiesthat will enable Trust staff to understand and adapt changes.

The Transformation Analyst will ensure that the changes required to services because of changes of datasets are fully embedded and sustained within the organisation and that the identified benefits are achieved.


Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for production of all formal analysis documentation to the requirements set by NHS Digital CDS 6.3 and its produce changes required to clinical processes, functionality requirements to LGT iCare and mapping data fields where required.
  • Support project manager on raising risks and issues.
  • Implement changes from inception through thorough to a satisfactory go live.
  • Produce a service requirement document in conjunction with Subject Matter Experts and to produce other project documentation.
  • Prepare and present analysis updates and progress reviews for all parties associated with the project including key stakeholders, service managers and IT Management.
  • Ensure that new workflows and requirements, SOPs, Training and Testing materials are handed over to the appropriate manager including procedures detailing supplier support arrangements, change control and business continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans.

Experience/Knowledge.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience directly related to responsibilities specified within the NHS.
  • Experience of working with Cerner Millennium Management experience in developing and implementing change built on sound informatics strategy and financial information.
  • Track record of supporting adoption of innovation with an ability to inspire and lead the implementation of change.
  • Knowledge and experience of healthcare operations within an Acute setting
  • Considerable experience gained in an informationrich environment, where the information has been used to drive and empower decision making in a commissioning environment (or equivalent)
  • High level of knowledge of Information Governance and related statutory changes and initiatives concerning the NHS.
  • Excellent problem solving and highlevel negotiation skills.

Qualifications/Knowledge

  • Degree or substantial equivalent experience
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
