Salary:
£20,000 - £25,000 basic D.O.E (O.T.E £40,000 yr. 1)

Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday
  • Friday (flexible working)

Location: Longridge, (4 days in the office, 1 days working from home)

We're looking for an experience recruitment consultant to join our business to take over a warm desk, the desk belonged to a director who you'll be working alongside on a complimentary market that'll enhance your desk and earning potential.

You'll be introduced to existing clients and benefit from an outstanding pre-existing reputation in the marketplace.

Responsibilities
- business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
- visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships
- developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
- advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts
- requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
- preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants
- reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.


What we're looking for

  • 2 yrs. experience as a recruitment consultant
  • Well goes without saying but obviously impeccable phone manner
  • Excellent written skills
  • Good with social media would be an advantage not essential
  • Highly organised
  • Competitive, a real desire to do well in life

- self starter

  • Collaborative, gets a buzz from seeing other do well as well as yourself
  • An open mindset, always wanting to learn and be better than you were yesterday.

Job Types:

Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
