Helpdesk Administrator - Facilities Maintenance - Liverpool St, London
My client is a leading Facilities Management provider whose approach is based on empowering their clients, and staff.
They are still rapidly growing and are excited to welcome a Helpdesk Administrator on board to one of their stand out international banking contracts in Liverpool St, London.
Key Duties:
- Day to day usage of the SimPro CAFM system.
- Writing reports
- General Adhoc responsibilities
- Good phone mannerisms, ability to transfer calls
- Liaising with colleagues, enginnering and cleaning teams, customers, and subcontractors
Salary & Package
- £28, £30,000.00 per annum + £5,000.00 Annual Bonus
- Monday
- Friday
- 08:00 till 17:00
- 25 Days Annual Leave
- Pension, Laptop, Mobile Phone
Requirements:
- Must have knowledge and experience using a CAFM software (not essential)
- Reliable and trustworthy
Job Types:

£11.00-£13.00 per hour
