Maternity leave cover - 12 months secondment/ fixed term

The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of high quality and effective midwifery within the Community & Continuity of Carer teams


Through their own leadership style, the post holder will demonstrate and foster an open learning culture which values continuing professional development and strives for excellence in the delivery of patient care.

The post holder will be managerially responsible for a range of staff.


The Community & Continuity of Carer team leader will also support the Continuity of Carer project manager and will maintain strong professional links to the inpatient, clinic and antenatal clinic team leaders/managers.
