This is a full-time, 4 on/4 off days and nights position with a competitive salary of £39,000 per year and greatbenefits package.

Essential Criteria:

Time served in a relevant engineering field
Proven skills in both mechanical and electrical fault finding
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with mínimal supervision
A "can do" attitude with attention to detail and the ability to handle high pressure situations

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining continuous production and improving efficiencies through effective implementation of preventative maintenance schedules and timely response to breakdown repairs
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety rules and regulations and identifying potential hazards and risks
Assisting the engineering department in achieving budget targets through efficient use of materials and replacement parts
Maintaining and improving standards of hygiene and housekeeping in all areas of the factory
Providing technical and behavioural coaching to peers, apprentices, and frontline production colleagues
Participating in technical specification and project work as needed
