Full time employed or Full time sub contractor position.We require a skilled and reliable multi-trades person. Experience as
multi-skilled tradesperson is essential. We need someone reliable with good communication skills and the ability to speak well with customers, colleagues and management.
You will be carrying out all aspects of building work for extensions, conversions, and refurbishments in customers homes. You need to hit the ground running. Have knowledge of and are competent in carrying out Groundworks, Bricklaying, basic Plumbing, Carpentry and Plastering. We need someone who has drive and initiative, who can work without constant supervison.
You will take pride in your work, always ensuring our customer's satisfaction, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to complete all work to the highest standard in the required timeframes.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am 5pm. Optional overtime may be offered as the need arises.
- Work is in and around Worcestershire / West Midlands. Full, clean (desirable) driving licence essential.
- Uniform provided.
- Salary to be discussed at Interview.
Salary:
£15.00-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
