You will be responsible for arranging installation dates for our clients for fitment of our products as well as any service visits.
Working with our sales team, your task will be to ensure our customers receive a speedy and well planned installation booking within our company SLA's.
You will be responsible for:
- Booking upcoming installation and service work with our customers
- Managing our engineers installations diaries
- Managing day to day communication with our engineers onsite
- First line for any communication onsite on the day of installation
- Ensuring that our customers have received all goods and our ready for our booked installation dates
- Reporting to the management team
You will be:
- Highly organised and attentive to detail
- Always looking to find improvements in what you do and how you do it
- Driven to deliver our customers the best experience
- Hardworking and committed to your role
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£22,000.00 per year
