Job Description Summary:

GE Healthcare Pharmaceutical diagnostics ("PDx") is currently recruiting a team-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic Compliance professional with relevant pharma industry experience to manage and support multiple aspects of GE Healthcare PDx EMEA& Intercontinental Compliance Program.


This position is preferably based in Western Europe and reports to the Global Chief Compliance Officer of GE Healthcare Pharmaceutical Diagnostics.


In that role, the Compliance lead will provide a broad range of compliance support throughout PDx in EMEA& Intercontinental; partnering actively with the business to sustain GEHC PDx's ethical and compliant culture and developing actionable solutions together with practical ways to uphold the regulatory, and ethical obligations of a pharmaceutical company.


S/he will also partner actively with GEHC Compliance colleagues across the entire organization on compliance matters as they relate to his/her territory.

Ce poste est de préférence basé au Royaume-Uni ou en France et reporte au Global Chief Compliance Officer de GE Healthcare Pharmaceutical Diagnostics.


À ce titre, le Responsable de la conformité région International fournira un support large à l'ensemble des activités de PDx dans la région concernée ; En particulier il/elle y développera la culture éthique et Compliance et proposera des solutions soutenant la performance de PDx tout en respectant les obligations réglementaires et éthiques d'une société pharmaceutique.


Il/elle travaillera également en partenariat actif avec les collègues de l'équipe Compliance de GEHC sur les questions de conformité liées à son territoire.

Business partnering:


  • Maintain an understanding of key compliance risks relevant to the assigned PDx businesses and partner with business leaders to assess risks and support development of risk mitigation strategies and tactics.
  • Develop an advanced business acumen aiming at providing actionable, proactive, and compliant business solutions.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to advance and promote a culture of integrity and compliance throughout the assigned PDx business teams and organizations.

Compliance Program Management:


  • Implement and facilitate implementation of companywide Compliance initiatives.
  • Maintain and/or create PDx compliance metrics for operational reviews. Lead various compliance governance forums and committees including compliance review boards to address key compliance matters together and aiming at continuous improvement.
  • Support business groups in engagement and partnership with third parties to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks. Attend all relevant IRBs.
  • Ensure execution of the key elements of the company's compliance auditing and monitoring program, including:
  • Defining the relevant monitoring plan to ensure business activities comply with established policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Tracking and reporting results of the auditing and monitoring activities and the corrective actions taken to Compliance leadership and other internal key stakeholders as needed

Employee Education & Communication:


  • Facilitate, create, and conduct when needed compliance trainings on healthcare compliance, relevant laws and Company policies and procedures.
  • With PDx business leaders develop Compliance awareness communication and campaign aiming at anchoring a culture of integrity

Other:


  • Partner with the Global transparency team to support the management of the company's transparency reporting program for PDx, including country, federal and state aggregate spend reporting and disclosure laws
  • Partner with Global compliance colleagues on key projects and share best practices.
  • Be an active member of the PDx Legal and Compliance team and support GEHC PDXwide initiatives.

Qualifications:


  • University degree in law, finance, business, or other professional areas. Master's and above degree preferred.
  • Significant professional experience with a Pharma company in Compliance, risk mitigation, investigations, or audit in EMEA.
  • Excellent drafting, writing and oral communication in English.
  • Expertise in international compliance/regulatory law and enforcement, including US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act
