Salary:
Up to £26,000 DOE

Our client is based in Tiptree, Essex and was established in 1958. They offer a dedicated DIY and Shelving service supplying a range of Melamine and Veneered panels.

Furniture components are manufactured on their state of the art machinery which occupies severalwell-constructed factories on their sixteen acre site.

They are currently recruiting for an additional experienced Client Account Manager to join their Sales Department in Tiptree, Essex.


The Role


As Their Client Account Manager, you will be managing a number of different client accounts and fulfilling daily tasks required to ensure an efficient service to their customers.

The Client Account Manager will ensure the customer receives a good qualityproduct as specified within agreed pricing structures.


You will be expected to:

  • Acting as key point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts, responsible for keeping customers satisfied and delivering exceptional customer service on a daytoday basis.
  • Creating longterm, trusting relationships with customers, ensuring open dialogue and timely communication
  • Answering customer queries, liaising with colleagues in technical, production and despatch departments as necessary
  • Resolving any issues arising, collaborating with colleagues in technical, production and despatch departments as necessary to identify appropriate solutions, escalating to MDs if needed.
  • Raising sales orders on their internal system on a timely basis in line with agreed deadlines, checking details with customers as necessary.
  • Ensuring sales orders submitted by customers are in line with set price guides, so that invoicing is accurate.
  • Working closely with both MDs regarding customer quotes and price enquiries
  • Maintaining logs and reports to monitor delivery of their services
  • Identifying improvements to processes which will help their customers and improve effectiveness of the company as a whole.
  • Assisting with general sales team enquiries.
  • Keep customer account details updated at all times.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 08:30 am to 17:00 pm. Flexibility with working hours are essential as overtime will be required from time to time.

To be considered for their Client Account Manager role, you will have the following skills and experience:


Qualifications:


  • Minimum GCSE English and Mathematics, MS Office Package, MS Outlook
Experience

  • Previous Account management experience
  • Previous experience working in an Account Management role
  • Previous experience within the woodworking or furniture manufactory industry
