ROLE SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Lead a team of carers by example and ensure residents are at the heart of care delivery
- To contribute to the efficient running of the service
- Assist staff and Ensure Care Plans and other information about how to support residents are followed
- Update residents care plans when any changes in the needs of residents are evident
- Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support
LEADING BY EXAMPLE
- Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth
- Be a role model for other carers and be an ambassador for the service
- Be professional, polite and reasonable always
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
- Preferred, alternatively experience in senior role is essential
Job Types:

£11.85-£12.95 per hour
