The Role:
Working for the largest independent Lift business' in the UK, Providing all aspects of Lift Provision.
The departments focus is on providing repair solutions for a variety of lifts within multiple sectors including Hospitality, FM, Education, Housing, Production & Stadia.
This role has been identified as a key link to ensure maximum conversion on our sales activities. Sheridan Lifts have been operating for over 40 years and have many long standing customers.The Responsibilities:
- UK Sales Support for Sales Director & RSMs (Regional Sales Managers)
- Work Closely with Sales Director to administer sales records onto shared sales sheets.
- Update and record quotation statuses.
- Report conversion rate of activities to Sales Director.
- Send quotation approvals to Projects for planning.
- Utilise internal CRM system and liaise with Service Team to identify problematic lifts.
- Liaise with clients and propose meetings for Sales Directors/Managers to attend.
- Managing Sales Directors Diary, Organising Meetings & Appointments with Clients, Suppliers, and Internal Team.
- Administrative Support to Project Co-Ordinators & Projects Managers when required.

- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good verbal and written skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

- Tenacity for high standard of customer service, a complete understanding of customer needs in line with the with our company offering and products.
- A good knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of Microsoft Office and associated systems, including CRM.

Salary:
From £24,000.00 per year
