AEG's Global Partnerships works across all AEG businesses and are responsible for securing and delivering first class partnership activations with the world's most prestigious brands.


They are now looking for someone to assist the Global Partnerships (GP) team with the delivery of sponsorship rights and benefits for international partners including American Express and Accor, along with the day-to-day activity for partners across the AEG Presents portfolio including festivals.


You'll support the Senior Partnership Manager in the delivery of partner contract deliverables at AEG Presents festivals and venues; help deliver on site festival, touring and venue activations; and co-ordinate contract delivery of key AEG Presents partners notifying senior managers of any challenges and support in delivering solutions.


You'll also lead on marketing deliverables and partner ticketing for partners across AEG Presents festivals; provide clear tracking of deliverables across partnerships; and lead on the creation of partner case studies and post campaign reviews to drive future commercial success for AEG Presents partnerships.


Whilst supporting the GP team in establishing and implementing time efficient processes in relation to delivering all contract obligations; you'll develop strong relationships with internal departments in external stakeholders.


We're looking for someone with commercial aptitude, a positive, can-do attitude and an understanding of and willingness to develop strong industry knowledge of music, sponsorship and brand activation.

You'll be a highly organised, have good administrative skills with good attention to detail.

You'll have strong experience of using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint.


You'll have clear and concise communication skills and be able to develop good working relationships with a variety of internal and external people.


You'll be happy to get involved with all sorts of projects and be flexible when you work as this role will require working at weekends and evenings when onsite at our festivals.

You'll want to raise the bar in this role, be solutions focussed and look for ways to maximise efficiency. We encourage new ideas and innovation.

We will give you all the training in our systems, policies and procedures so that you'll be set up for success.


Where:

You'll be based at our vibrant and relaxed head office in Blackfriars, a short walk from Southwark tube station or Blackfriars Rail station.

During festival season there will be a requirement for you to be onsite. We offer flexible start and end times and also welcome flexible working conversations.
