MACHINE OPERATIVE (Rotating Shifts)
£12.20 | Longton (Stoke-on-Trent)


AES Business Solutions specialises in the recruitment and placement of temporary staff, and we have temporary - permanent opportunities available for Machine Operatives to work on rotating shifts for one of our clients who are the UK's largest manufacturer of livestock handling, feeding equipment and steel fencing.

Based in production you will be working in a fast-paced environment. You will work as within an active production team the roles required for this position are;

  • To operate various machinery.
  • Unloading and loading of steel.
  • Operation of overhead crane equipment.
  • Handling of products.
  • Quality checking of products.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.


Working 39 hours, Monday to Friday on a weekly rotational shift pattern of
, with an early finish on Friday
, .

If you work over 39 hours an overtime rate of time and a half is paid.


This position will lead to a permanent contract after 3 months has been completed.
Once permanent within this role there will be performance related bonus and also a pay increase.

From £12.20 per hour
