Responsibilities:
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market.
- Provide clients with uptodate information on properties and market trends.
- Conduct open houses and other events to promote properties.
- Negotiate contracts and other documents related to the sale of a property.
- Maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and other real estate professionals.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Stay abreast of changing laws and regulations in the real estate industry.
MUST HAVE EXPERIANCE IN COMMERCAIL PROPERTY SECTOR
Salary:
£25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
