Artemis are excited to be working on an exclusive basis with this vibrant NI business to help them hire a talented Credit Controller to join their growing Credit team.


  • Hybrid (2 days in the office / 3 days at home)
  • Vibrant office

  • Salary up to £28.5k plus bonus

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and ambitious credit professional to join a team at a time of exciting growth and development where they can really get involved in helping to develop the day to day processes and procedures.


The role:


  • Managing a customer ledger
  • Negotiating and managing payment plans
  • Considering the impact of recommendations when making decisions or resolving problems
  • Processing financial transactions accurately
  • Direct debit set ups and management of failures
  • Resolving complex nonpayment issues
  • Initiating legal proceedings where appropriate
  • Maintaining accurate records

The person:


  • At least two year's recent experience in a Credit Control role dealing with consumer debt
  • Experience of writing process documents
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Proven experience in dealing with customer account queries and disputes
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm in demanding situations
  • Strong numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy in your work
  • Ability to adapt to new systems
  • Determination and persistence
  • Ability to manage changing priorities within tight deadlines while ensuring quality output
  • Exemplary listening and negotiation skills
