Description

We are seeking to appoint a Receptionist to cover our busy Emergency Management Unit, Short Stay Unit, Acute Frailty Unit and Same Day Emergency Care.

There are various shift patterns, including some 12hr shifts & night shifts

To provide a comprehensive clerical co-ordination service and to receive patients across the divisions wards. To ensure that patients and visitors receive a friendly, customer focussed and efficient service.

The post involves receiving and handling information which is confidential and therefore the post holder must maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Maintaining a professional front of house image.

Providing efficient administration support to the ward.

Liaising with patients, outside agencies and other services / departments within the trust in a professional manner.

Maintaining confidentiality at all times.

The receptionist post is an important role within our organisation.
