We are looking for a
Plumber to join the Dinardo's Support team covering our
South London area of supported living units and care homes in Peckham, Catford, Brixton & Sydenham.


As a member of the Maintenance Team, you will be required to deliver a first-class service within our London based units, covering plumbing works such as tracing and fixing leaks, to installing a new en-suite shower.


As the majority of our work is reactive based, this is a fast-paced role that requires consistent delivery of excellent customer service as well as high quality work.


What to expect:


Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm, and you will be required to attend emergency call outs.


Salary:
From £37,595 to £42,966.


Purpose of the role:

To meet the needs and expectations of our residents, keeping the premises maintained to a high standard of repair, presentation, and readiness through:

  • Carrying out planned and responsive maintenance and improvement works
  • Trouble shoot heating and hot water systems (replace pumps, blending valves, zone valves)
  • Fault finding and leak investigations (drainage issues, chlorinate water tanks)
  • Repair boilers and heating controls

You will be required to attend emergency call outs out of hours.


About you:


You must be able to achieve the highest standard of customer service, be able to work under pressure, possess a flexible approach and be prepared to travel around the care homes within London.


  • NVQ qualified in Plumbing and Heating/ hot water cylinders
  • Basic plumbing tools


  • Gas Safety Registered

  • Advantage
  • Any experience on commercial boilers will be a huge advantage

Full UK driving licence and car/van is required:

  • High standard of customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure and to possess a flexible approach
