T Brown Group are looking for an experienced Customer Liaison Officer to join our M&E Division. This will be based primarily in our Ealing Office.
- £26,000 per annum + Company Car
- 25 days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Ealing with occasional site visits/meetings
What you will be doing.
As a Customer Liaison Officer, your role is key to our management of customer care.
Our Customer Liaison Officers strive to maintain positive relationships between the residents, sub-contractors, client representatives and the T Brown Team.
Our CLO'S goal is to work proactively to resolve complaints, which includes a detailed analysis of work completed, identification of any concerns and suggested resolution.
The successful Customer Liaison Officer will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the impact customer satisfaction has on the business and be able to proactively work to maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Within this role you will monitor and maintain any repairs and refurbishments works that have been agreed and be a friendly proactive point of contact for our tenants, clients and account managers.
What do you need?
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience working in Customer Service
