Role:
Sales Executive (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Salary:
£10.42 per hour plus uncapped commission.

Location:
Sheffield

Hours:
Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

The role:

Our client is looking for a number of Sales Executives to join their Sales team during their peak period with a start date of April running through to the end of September 2023.

You will be focused on engaging with B2C customers, onboarding new students for the 2023/24 academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering and making calls to qualified leads to learn about and address customer needs and onboarding them to become customers
Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information.
Building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
Utilising software appropriately.
Understanding and striving to meet or exceed targets while providing excellent consistent customer service.

Qualifications and Skills required:

Previous experience in a customer service or telesales role would be ideal.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Target driven.
Resilient and consistent, with the ability to bounce back from setbacks and remain focused on goals.
Hard working, selfmotivated and professional.
Ability to work independently as well as with your team.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
A strong work ethic with the ability to learn quickly in a fastpaced environment.
Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system would be an advantage but not essential.
Previous experience working in B2C Sales would be an advantage but not essential.
