**Senior Civil Engineer
- permanent, full-time_****Location:Derby


Salary:
£40,000 - £45,000**If you are a professional with a good amount of experience and great leadership skills this is a role for you You will have a chance to develop a growing team of Junior Engineers and work alongside highly skilled and experienced professionals.

Chartered Engineers or the ones working towards their Chartership will have a significant advantage


Responsibilities for this Senior Civil Engineer role:

  • Designing and supervision of projects
  • preparing drawings and documents using professional software PDS/Civils3D/Microdrainage/Causeway Flow/Site3D
  • Preparing specifications and cost estimates, working closely with contractors and monitoring budget.
  • Assessment of existing and proposed highway layouts including road safety schemes, route studies, cycle, bus or school initiative schemes, town centre schemes and traffic signals.

Applicants should have an BEng (or equivalent) Civil Engineering Degree.
