The Role:

Responsible for managing the administration function of the SME division, part of the SME quality assurance team. Managing the day-to-day activity, supporting the quality assurance team and sale team with any queries. Ensuring quality throughout the contract,termination and LOA submission process, to obtain a response within the agreed supplier SLA. Responsible for driving and monitoring the live rate, reporting to Director of Quality Assurance on a weekly basis.


What you'll be getting up to

  • To provide support to the admin team and the sale teams, to ensure the smooth running of the department
  • Managing quality throughout the LOA submission process and monitoring the information is obtained and updated in the system correctly within the agreed supplier SLA
  • Managing quality throughout the contract and termination submission process and monitoring the information is obtained and updated in the system correctly within the agreed supplier SLA
  • Ability to run, export and manage reports to ensure data integrity within the system. This includes working the live report, registration report and sale submitted report as a priority, working closely with the sale analysts monitoring sale and live monthrevenue leakage and reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance weekly
  • Involved with the financial and supplier audits, considering the quality of the team's day to day activity/output i.e. particular quality checks against usages, uplifts, contract dates
  • Able to deal with inbound customer queries and complaints, ensuring all details are logged clearly in the system
  • Ad hoc reporting and projects as required
  • Monitoring Kelio. Dealing with staff absences, holiday requests etc.
  • Involved with team quarterly bonuses in terms of offering feedback
