The Natural Power HR Team are a proactive and forward-thinking Team consisting of a Director of People and Culture and People Business Partners as well as a central HR Services team all in the UK and over 400 colleagues globally.

We support Teamwork and Collaboration with our Key Stakeholders and have autonomy to shape and influence the business in line with our Vision, Mission and Values.


We are looking to recruit an
HR Advisor to provide comprehensive and proactive HR support and guidance to colleagues across the business to ensure a high-quality service and adherence to our values, policies and procedures across the entire employee lifecycle.

This will include on boarding; employee relations; employee benefits; attendance management; employee wellbeing and occupational health referrals; advice and guidance on recruitment and retention of employees.

You will also be involved in the implementation of key global strategic People and Culture projects across the business.
