Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
Providing outstanding customer service - handling customer queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibility for order entry, oversight and completion.
Managing customer expectations - liaising with the warehouse team regarding capacity, resources and timescales.
Sourcing and co-ordinating transport, providing quotes for customers and dealing with subsequent delivery issues.
Maintaining data across multiple internal and external systems (full training will be provided).
General admin support, data entry and answering phones.


Requirements & Skills:
Excellent attention to detail.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Ability to multitask & be flexible, depending on workload.
Pro-active and positive attitude.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to prioritise and complete tasks in a timely manner.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
