Inpatient Nurse Manager/Ward Manager

Private Hospital - London

£56,000 - £59,000

Full time - Permanent - Monday to Friday
King Healthcare are currently assisting a private hospital in London in their search for an Inpatient Nurse Manager/Ward Manager. This position will be leading an Inpatient Ward as well as the pre-assessment team.

The Role

This role will have several responsibilities including the day to day running of both the Inpatient Ward in addition to the pre-assessment clinic.

You will need to be a visible role model for the clinical team whilst also ensuring a high standard of patientcare is delivered, budgets are maintained, resources are managed effectively including staffing and recruiting all three areas and overall management and administration of your department.

This position is a full-time permanent role operating over a Monday to Friday basis with the occasional need for weekends or nights.

The ideal applicant for this role will be an experienced Ward Manager looking to expand their remit and progress their career or an experienced Senior Nurse with the ability to demonstrate their experience of leading teams, managing resources and meetingfinancial targets.

You will need to be organised with a clear understanding of the private sector and the financial elements of this environment.

Salary and Benefits
The salary on offer for this position is between £56,000 - £59,000 dependent on experience.
