Overall mission


Your mission - Reporting to the Operations Administrator/EA you will provide general admin support and act as point of contact in the absence of the Operations Administrator/EA.

The Operations Admin Support will be a professional who supports the Manufacturing Management team to ensure administrative tasks are completed on time.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Maintain and update administrative materials and resources
  • Assist with drafting documents, preparing reports
  • Collate, prepare, scan, organise and store information in paper and digital form
  • Support management team
  • Sort and distribute post
  • Data entry
  • Note taking
  • Place purchase orders, monitor lead times
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Other general administration duties as may be required
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of administrative processes
  • Undertake appropriate personal and professional development activities in order to deliver best practice

Person Specification:


  • Experience of providing effective clerical and administrative support
  • Advanced knowledge, understanding and competence using Microsoft office skills
  • Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of SAP, ClickUp would be a plus but not essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines with a 'can do' approach
  • Diplomatic and reliable
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Minimum 1 year admin experience or working in an office environment
