We are currently working with a leading NW based SaaS company that have been experienced consistent growth over the last few years.

They are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join an already well established outfit.

You will need tohave strong commercial understanding and be keen to work with an industry leading tech stack to help drive revenue, growth and help the business achieve its objectives.

Their software is a SaaS platform sold into Professional Services, Consultancies and Accountancy companies.

They have an informal, open and friendly culture where everyone matters and no idea is dismissed or progressed without proper consideration.


As Sales & Operation Manager, you'll lead on the delivery of effective sales operations to drive growth and profitability within the business.

This is a great opportunity to work closely with the senior Business Leaders to scale best practise across thebusiness and make recommendations to help define the sales strategy.

This is a commercial and strategic role so the business need someone that can think strategically and execute strategy. Able to build relationships and bring together all resources and stakeholders to ensure that performance in optimised. Finally, you willbe work with a market leading tech stack including Salesforce, Hubspot, Salesloft, Zoom, LinkedIn, Deal Hub, Gainsight.


The role:
Sales Operations Manager


  • Take ownership for the sales operations function, in particular for ensuring the tech stack is fit for purpose, being used effectively and helping to deliver the best experience for customers
  • Help to shape and implement the broader sales strategy.
  • Identifying and implementing the effective solutions needed to achieve their strategic goals.
  • Improve efficiencies and generate revenue growth that is delivered through an industry leading tech stack
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement and work to ensure all shortterm and longterm sales objectives are delivered effectively.
  • Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sale process and delivery efforts.
  • Coordinate sales reporting, planning and pipeline forecasting to ensure objectives are achieved.

Experience required:
Sales Operations Manager


  • Experience within a Sales Operations position ideally within a SaaS vendor
  • A strong leader with a personcentric approach who will be proactive, visible in the organisation, you take ownership of issues and drive for solutions.
  • Excellent understanding and indepth use of Salesforce
  • Desirable: Experience with Hubspot, Salesloft, Zoom, LinkedIn, Deal Hub, Gainsight.
  • Nice to have: CPQ Salesforce experience would be highly beneficial
  • Forwardthinking, proactive, and able to work autonomously, with lots of initiative, energy, and personal motivation.
  • Credible expert earning respect in the business through capability, authenticity, knowledge and commercial awareness
