My client, a business with an international reach are looking to add an experienced Accounts Payable person to ensure all purchase invoices are processed in an accurate and timely manner.


Responsibilities:


  • Purchase invoice processing and ledger upkeep
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Investigate and resolve invoice queries/disputes as soon as possible, and liaise with other departments and suppliers as needed.
  • Payment runs
  • Assist with preparation for the annual audit


As always, with a role as crucial as this to the function, accuracy of work and good communication skills are key; applicants should ideally be confident with IT systems, although no specific package experience is essential as full training will be given.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Experience:
