We have a great opportunity for a competent and capable Personal Assistant (PA) to join a Chartered Surveyors based in London.
They specialise in new build, alteration and extension, and refurbishment projects.They are looking for a Directors PA/ Executive Assistant to support the Commercial Director.
Must have construction industry experience, this person will bring enthusiastic support sharing their knowledge.

- Our client is a Chartered Surveyors based in London, specialising in the provision of Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Contract Administration, Dispute Resolution and Project Monitoring services on a wide variety of projects throughout the United Kingdom.

- They specialise in many sectors of the construction industry including Commercial Offices, Retail, Industrial, Warehousing, Hotels and Leisure, Data Centers and Residential. That experience encompasses new build, alteration and extension, and refurbishment projects.
THEY SEEK
Duties:
- Providing extensive administration support; Diary management including booking travel arrangements i.e., hotels, meetings, etc
- Coordinate meetings for the senior staff
- Preparing key presentations ensuring that briefings for meetings have been prepared and debriefing takes place.
- Production of reports, and design documents and presentations to a high standard
- Arranging appointments, implementing, and maintaining procedure/administration systems
- Manage, answer, respond to and filter telephone calls, electronic and written communication and provide secretarial assistance.
- Providing confidential project support, ensuring that governance and actions are managed, and that the correct stakeholders are present for key meetings.
- Arranging internal and external meetings, and maintaining excellent levels of communications with all stakeholders
- Handle all matters respectfully and confidentially.
- Prepares and sends business and private correspondence.

Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
