We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor, following an internal promotion. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining outstanding service standards and exceeding customer expectations.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction in a customerfocused environment
  • Managing customer bookings in the workshop
  • Estimating costs and generating invoices
  • Efficiently organising and prioritising work to meet targets
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve team objectives


In our After sales department, our main focus is to put our customers at the heart of everything we do.

This involves providing accurate estimates, scheduling repairs, and addressing any customer queries.

Salary:
Up to £27,355.00 per year
