    Job Title: IT Co-ordinator

    Location: Washington, Tyne and Wear

    Job Type: Full-time

    About the Role

    The site IT Co-ordinator plays a critical role in maintaining the relationship between IT Shared Services and the site. This involves ensuring that users receive the agreed level of service from IT Shared Services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain uninterrupted operation of the site SAP production system, providing on-call support outside of office hours.
    • Develop and track the site's SLA/relationship with IT Shared Services, ensuring consistent performance of ERP and production systems.
    • Manage the IT Shared Services budget for the site, issuing or validating all related IT purchases.
    • Collaborate with Business Group (BG) IT to implement new projects, improve existing systems, and ensure user ownership of systems.
    • Provide technical and functional support to users, resolving IT incidents reported by the helpdesk.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.

    Estimated Salary Range

    £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
