What we're looking for from you to join our team
We are currently recruiting for a Housing Caretaker to join our team. As a Housing Caretaker you will meet key performance targets and ensure delivery of the organisations 4 corporate objectives.

You will be a key contact in delivering estate management functions to ensure we are compliant organisation, supporting the neighbourhood housing team.

As a Housing Caretaker you will be instrumental in ensuring that Plus Dane meets its strategic goal, to provide a range of products and services that its customers want and can afford resulting in higher retention rates, lower customer debt and higher advocacy levels.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
