About us
CTE is a manufacturer of precision fabricated, welded, CNC machined and Insulated components.

We supply these components predominantly into the motorsport and automotive sectors, utilising a wide range of internal processes unique within the industry.


At our Aylesbury based premises, we employ over 55 staff in a wide variety of roles, meaning the successful applicant will be joining a growing, inclusive, and forward-thinking team.


Description of Duties:

̈ Prepare accurate and timely financial reports as required by the directors. Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.

̈ Ensure all quarterly and annual taxes are paid on time.

̈ Monitor and track company credit card use and pay on time.

̈ Liaising with external provider, compile and verify monthly payroll.

̈ Check and pay supplier invoices on time.

̈ Assign nominal coding to purchases.

̈ Capitalise where suitable.

̈ Journal purchases into correct months in accordance with established protocols.

̈ Maintain good credit terms with suppliers.

̈ Issue invoices promptly.

̈ Actively monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received on time.

̈ Report bad debts promptly.

̈ Ensure deposits are reconciled accurately as required by the directors.

̈ Investigate thoroughly and report discrepancies.

̈ Any other tasks as reasonably requested by the directors.

̈ Firm but polite telephone manner.

̈ Excellent attention to detail.


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £22,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 27 per week

Experience:
